I’m thrilled that Beth Israel Congregation in Bath, ME is including me in their Grand Reopening of the Minnie Brown Center! Sunday, September 8th from 10:00 am to 10:40 am. I’ll give a presentation followed by a quick sale and signing.
My presentation will give you a story-behind-the-story look at my 2023 middle-grade novel, SHIRA & ESTHER’S DOUBLE DREAM DEBUT. The book was named a Best of 2023 by Kirkus, Publishers Weekly, Bank Street Education, and Tablet Magazine.
I’ll also attend the Bath Book Bash in Bath, Maine on Saturday, September 7. The Bath Book Bash , is a celebration of children’s literature. With over 30 amazing authors and illustrators, there will be something for every reader: graphic novels, nonfiction, fantasy, realistic fiction, picture books and…an appearance by THE PIGEON!
There will also be board games with authors, a costume contest, food trucks, activities, and more. Check out the Bath Book Bash Instagram page for specifics about who will be there and the jam-packed schedule!
